Key information
- Game progress and settings are stored on your device. No account is required; the game has no dedicated servers or analytics systems.
- Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. If tracking permission is declined, the Game requests non-personalised ads; data processing respects consent settings.
- The game is intended for users aged 18 and over. Age and year of birth are not requested or stored.
- Consent is voluntary. Declining consent does not restrict access to elements, recipes or quests.
- The “Remove ads” purchase disables automatic advertising.
1. Developer information
This Policy describes data processing in Alchemy: Create the World for iPhone and iPad (the “Game”). The developer and the person responsible for data processing (the controller) is:
- Name
- Ilya Manenkov
- Country
- Kazakhstan
- support@nexledger.pro
This address is used for support enquiries and requests relating to personal data.
2. Advertising and user consent
The Game is intended for users aged 18 and over. It does not request a year of birth, determine the user's age or store an age group.
Before the advertising service starts, iOS may display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request. The user decides whether to grant tracking permission.
Where required, Google also displays a consent form for the processing of advertising data. The form provides information about processing purposes and advertising partners and allows the user to adjust available consent settings.
Personalised advertising is permitted when tracking is authorised and the necessary consent has been obtained. If ATT permission has not been granted, the Game requests non-personalised ads without using IDFA. Declining tracking does not by itself disable advertising, including rewarded videos for hints. Actual ad availability depends on the network connection, advertising service and Google consent settings. Elements, recipes and quests remain available.
3. Categories of data processed
The Game does not use a dedicated server to collect user data or transmit game progress to the developer. Google AdMob may process the following information when its advertising service operates:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA) — when available, with tracking permission and the necessary consent.
- IP address — to determine an approximate region, including country and city, and select the language of advertising.
- Device information — model, operating system version, language, App Store country, time zone, display characteristics, network type and other technical attributes processed by the advertising service.
- Advertising interactions — impressions, their time and duration, ad clicks and completion of rewarded videos.
- App information — the Game's identifier, version and advertising requests.
- Diagnostic information — crash and performance data processed by the advertising service to operate and improve its services.
The Game does not request a name, email address or phone number, and does not collect precise location, contacts, calendar data, photos or a list of installed apps. Camera and microphone access are not requested. Age and year of birth are not requested or stored.
Discovered elements, recipes, achievements, hints, favourites and settings remain on the device. Payment details are processed by Apple and are not provided to the developer.
When a user contacts support, the developer receives the sender's email address and information voluntarily included in the enquiry. This information is used to review the request and provide a response.
4. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Serving ads and operating the advertising service | IP address, device and app information | Consent where requested by Google, including in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Otherwise, legitimate interest in funding the free Game. |
| Ad personalisation | Advertising identifier, advertising and device information | iOS tracking permission and the necessary consent to data processing for personalised advertising. |
| Measuring impressions and clicks, reporting and settlement with Google | Advertising, device and app information | Legitimate interest in accurate impression records; for personalised advertising, consent provided through Google's form. |
| Limiting the frequency of ads | Advertising and device information | Legitimate interest in maintaining an acceptable frequency of advertising. |
| Preventing fraud and abuse | IP address, device and advertising information | Legitimate interest in protecting users and the advertising system from invalid impressions, clicks and malicious ads. |
| The “Remove ads” purchase and restoration | Purchase information provided by Apple to the device | Performance of the contract entered into with Apple when making the purchase. |
Personalisation is not enabled by default. Advertising availability depends on the permissions and consent settings described in section 2.
5. Data recipients
Google processes advertising data through AdMob and the User Messaging Platform consent service. Google may share information with its advertising partners in accordance with applicable terms and consent settings:
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses data from partner apps and sites
- How Google uses data in advertising
Information about advertising partners and processing purposes is available in Google's consent form when it is displayed. Available consent settings can be adjusted by purpose and partner.
The developer does not sell user data or integrate other advertising networks or proprietary analytics services. Apple processes payments; the developer handles support enquiries.
6. International data transfers
Google operates infrastructure in several countries, including the United States. Advertising data may be processed outside the user's country of residence. Google's transfer and protection mechanisms are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The developer does not receive advertising data from the Game for independent storage or onward transfer.
7. Data retention
- Game progress and settings remain on the device until the Game and its data are deleted. Data may also be included in device backups, which the user manages through iOS.
- Advertising data is retained by Google in accordance with its retention periods. Further information is available on Google's data retention page.
- Support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry and is deleted at the user's request.
The developer does not maintain a database of users' game progress or advertising data.
8. Consent and advertising controls
Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn. Withdrawal applies to subsequent processing and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
The Game's interface is in Russian. The labels below match those displayed in the app.
- In-game settings
- Menu → “Об игре и конфиденциальность” (About the game and privacy) → “Конфиденциальность” (Privacy) → “Настройки рекламы” (Advertising settings). Google's form allows you to adjust available consent settings. The button is displayed when Google reports that access to privacy options is required.
- iOS tracking permission
- Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Disable permission for the Game. Without ATT permission, the app cannot access IDFA and requests non-personalised ads. Further information is available in Apple's guide to tracking controls.
- Disabling automatic advertising
- The “Без рекламы” (Remove ads) purchase in the “Магазин” (Shop) tab disables automatic advertising. Rewarded videos for hints are started only at the user's request, when available.
9. User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to information about processing and a copy of their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, data portability, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a data protection authority.
Requests can be sent to support@nexledger.pro. A response will be provided within 30 days.
The Game does not use accounts. The developer does not hold a database of user progress and cannot locate this data by name or email address.
- Local data: removed when the Game and its data are deleted from the device. Backups are managed separately through iOS.
- Advertising data: requests should be submitted to Google using the methods described in the Google Privacy Policy. The developer can assist with preparing an enquiry.
- Support correspondence: deletion requests can be sent to the support email address.
10. The “Remove ads” purchase
The Game offers a one-time purchase to disable automatic advertising. Apple handles payments, receipts and refunds through the App Store. The developer does not receive card details, billing information, the payer's address or name; sales statistics are available in App Store Connect.
The purchase can be restored at no additional cost using the same Apple Account. Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps applies. Instructions for restoration and refund requests are provided on the support page.
11. Links to third-party resources
Element descriptions may include links to information sources. These open only when the user follows a link. Data processing on third-party websites is governed by their respective privacy policies.
12. Changes to this Policy
The current version is published at this address with its effective date. If the categories of data or processing purposes change, the Policy will be updated before the corresponding version of the Game is released.
13. Contact information
Enquiries about this Policy and personal data processing can be sent to support@nexledger.pro.
Instructions for using the Game, restoring purchases and deleting data are available on the support page.
